Present Indefinite Tense

When an event is occurring the present tense is come into being, or when it happens frequently (or constantly, so we called it present indefinite). The present tense is created by means of the origin form or by accumulation ‑s or ‑es to the ending, depends on the being.

Present Indefinite Tense Simple sentences

سادہ فقرے

اردو فقرات کی پہچان

فقرے کے آخر میں تا ہے، تی ہے، تے ہیں وغیرہ آتا ہے

مثلاً  میں آتا ہوں۔ 

ہم کھانا کھاتے ہیں۔

 تم سکول جاتے ہو۔

Formation of sentences

First of all use “subject”

Then use the 1st form of the verb

Then write the object(if any)

If the subject is 3rd person then we add “s” or “es” with the verb.

In short form

S + V + O

Subject + Verb + Object

اردو فقرات کی انگریزی بنانے کے لیئے

(1st person)I, we 

( 2nd  person) you and 

(3rd person)they 

کےبعد فعل کی  پہلی فارم لکھتے ہیں مثلاً 

میں کھانا کھاتا  ہوں۔

I eat meal.

ہم کھیلتے ہیں۔

we play.

تم کہانی لکھتے ہو۔

You write a story.

وہ دوڑتے  ہیں۔

They run.

3rd person singular(he,she) or any single name  

کےبعد فعل  کی پہلی فارم کیساتھ

s یا es

کا اضافہ  کرتے ھیں مثلاً 

اکبر سکول جاتا ہے ۔

Akber goes to school .

وہ آتی   ہے ۔

she comes.

We use "do not" with the subject I,We You,They and plural nouns.

We use "does not" with the subject He, She,It and singular nouns.`

منفی فقرے

منفی فقرے بنانے  کے لیئے

I,we,you,they and plurals

کے بعد

donot 

اور 

فعل کی پہلی فارم لگاتے  ہیں مثلاً 

میں نہیں لکھتی ھوں 

I donot write.

ہم نہیں دوڑتے ہیں

We donot run.

پرندے ہوا میں نہیں اڑتے ہیں۔

Birds donot fly in the air.

he,she,it, this, that or any name

کے بعد

does not 

اور

 فعل کی پہلی فارم لگاتے ہیں مثلاً 

وہ صبح سویرےنہیں اٹھتا  ہے۔

He does not wake up early in the morning.

سارا نہیں روتی ہے

Sara does not weep.

To make interrogative sentences

Use "do" in beginning of the sentence with the subject I, We, You ,they  and plural nouns.

And we use "does" in the beginning of the sentence with the subject He, She,It and singular nouns.

سوالیہ فقرے

سوالیہ فقرے بنانے کے لیے فقرہ شروع کرنے سے پہلے

لکھتے ہیں۔ پھر فاعل 

Subject

کے بعد فعل کی پہلی فارم لکھتے ہیں۔ مثلا 

کیا میں گانا گاتی ہوں؟

Do I sing a song?

کیا وہ اپنا سبق یاد کرتی ہے؟

Does she learn her lesson?

کیا پرندے ہوا میں اُڑتے ہیں؟

Do birds fly in the air?
